When shopping on the website, we will store some of your personal information to carry out your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data, and if any information is incorrect, you can have it changed or removed. Hosbjerg does not store or handle any banking or credit card information. We may also use cookies to enhance your experience of the website. You can read more about how we use personal information and cookies in our privacy policy.

 

PRICES & PAYMENT

After placing an order, we will send a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer support in relation to your purchase. By placing an order on hosbjerg.com you confirm that you are over the age of 18.

The credit card must be issued in the same country as the order placed. The amount will not be drawn from your card before the products are sent. All prices set out on hosbjerg.com are including vat in accordance with applicable legislation.

 

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

We ship our products worldwide and the estimated delivery date depends on the country and the shipping alternative you choose. If the delivery is delayed, which causes you to no longer wish to complete the purchase, the responsibility is yours to make a cancellation. You shall contact our customer service and a cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from Hosbjerg. If the order has already been processed, you are obliged to receive the order. This does not limit your right to cancel the order. If a product is no longer offered, Hosbjerg has the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will notify you of a refund or if a similar product is available. If your product has been damaged during transport, you must report it as promptly as possible to our customer service. 

 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU

Please note that customs fees are not included in the prices of our products and for orders outside the European Union, customers can be subject to international customs fees and additional taxes. As customs policies and import fees vary widely from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order by returning your product. Your right to withdraw your order or to exchange a product is provided the product and packaging are in the same condition as when you received it and in its original containers with a hang tag on. This does not limit your right to carefully open and examine the product. However, if the product is not in such a condition that can be expected upon return, we have the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the product’s decline in value. For the withdrawal to be processed by Hosbjerg, you must report it to our customer service by sending an email to info@hosbjerg.com. We will pay your refund as promptly as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we have received the product and registered the return. The refund will be made to the source of the original purchase unless otherwise agreed or deemed necessary.

 

NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS

All products are covered by the danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer, you have the right to complain about any defect or deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact customer service by email at info@hosbjerg.com.

Once we have received your claim, we will process it and reply with further instructions. We recommend that you send your claim as promptly as possible after you have noticed the damage or defect. Your claim is subject to repair, replacement, or refund. If a particular product is no longer in stock, you have the right to replace the product with a product of a similar model or design or the right to be refunded.

 

REFUND RESTRICTIONS

In the case of returning bonus products for example free gifts, a gift with purchase, or bonuses, refunds or credits will only be issued for the value charged for the item on the original order. If you received a free product with your order, returning the free product alone will not result in any credit. Similarly, if a purchased product that included any bonus products is returned, the bonus products must also be returned in order to receive a credit for the purchased product.
